other Scaled projects. Will support milling of 1-30 pcf
foam (and occasionally composites) by a 5-axis gantry mill
with a Fanuc 18i controller. Catia V5 manufacturing and
Vericut experience required. DOD security clearance required.
CNC and manual machining experience is desired.
MATERIALS
and PROCESS ENGINEER
Seeking hands-on composite
M&P Engineer with a good understanding of materials
selection and characterization, qualification testing, specification
writing, process development and troubleshooting. Should
have a strong background in composites construction (wet
lay-up, prepreg, etc.), composite bonding and assembly,
and tool construction/utilization. Pilot, aircraft homebuilding
and rapid prototyping experience a plus. DOD Secret Clearance
a strong plus.
MANUFACTURING
ENGINEER
Seeking experienced Manufacturing
Engineer with a good understanding of composite part tooling,
fabrication, and assembly. Applicant will be helping transition
prototype structures to low-rate production. Problem solving
and good communication skills are required. Hands-on experience
with composite part fabrication and assembly processes required.
A working knowledge of configuration management practices
and liaison engineering skills are required. Basic stress
analysis skills are a plus. DOD Secret Clearance is a strong
plus. Multiple positions are available.
COMPOSITES
DESIGN ENGINEER
Seeking experienced, well-rounded
